Fullstack Developer – Amsterdam (hybride)

Flux, a leading real estate valuation software company in The Netherlands, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to enhance customer satisfaction and drive market expansion by modernizing our current platform and building a cloud-native system. We operate using Scrum & DevOps practices. This means that we own the whole cycle of software development, from design & development to deployment & operating support. As a developer, we really value your input in making the technical and functional choices for the products. We foster our own responsibilities and autonomy, and each developer reports directly to the CTO. Our current stack consists of .NET applications deployed on AWS using GitHub. We heavily invest in cloud-native solutions like PaaS and containerization while also operating the more traditional MSSQL and IaaS solution. We use modern security and observability technologies. Flux is a long-established software company in the Netherlands, which is a SaaS provider for real estate valuation software and the market leader in certified real estate valuation models. We are one of the market influencers on the industry standardization and as a a small innovative company with currently 15 people (IT, real estate, marketing & commercial specialists), we constructively collaborate to be the best in the Netherlands. We are backed by the larger NVM and Brainbay organizations, offering a professional environment. Flux has a mission to make the best possible real estate information available. We have diverse stakeholders: besides valuers, we also serve housing corporations, investors, financial institutions (as banks), consultants and accountants. We have notable clients such as Cushman, Dynamis, and large financial institutes (e.g., Rabobank, ABN Amro, ING).
